"Moonlit vapor and mercury, nervous squirm of a trippers skin, something exotic and manmade but damaged found walking alone that you cant quite identify and instead study, puzzled, changing your view and theory of its origin.

In an album consisting of thirty 1 minute tracks, Calzonetti (Run Dust) consistently rejects potential listeners preferences for safe shopping tunes with familiar orchestra and predictable structure. Instead he’s that dangerous friend taking you into the woods and launching fireworks at you, just for fun, perhaps also to crack the rutted glutted reward paths of the jaded neophytes with a little analog sensory overload. MINUTE WASTE re-formats once more, embracing brevity and brutality like a nasty grindcore show. Obvious fore-bearers are The Residents legendary 'Commercial Album' LP and classic library music, but MINUTE WASTE evidently leans into the madness a bit more and decimates all in it's wake.

This sub-pop length format builds tension and instead rewards us with suspense, wild heterogeny, landscape and collision events with lurid synesthetic imagery throughout. Moods range range the gamut through Berlin style hypnotism, satirical funk, broken Braindance, arabesque spaghetti workouts to jazzy cool downs, and back again to cyber-goth soliloquies.

MINUTE WASTE sounds like the demo reel of an obsessed individual hellbent on developing commercial consumers for his avant cinematic product."
